Watsu ®

What is Watsu ®?

Imagine being cradled by warm water, your body slowly remembering how to release tension it’s been holding onto for years. In Watsu, there’s no table, no gravity, no effort—only gentle waves, stretches, and quiet pauses that move through you like a secret conversation with your nervous system.

Time softens. Breathing deepens. Pain loosens—not because it’s forced, but because it finally feels safe. Clients often say they can’t explain it… only that something shifts.

It’s not massage. Not swimming. Not therapy. And yet it feels profoundly alive, profoundly healing.

Watsu is for bodies that carry too much. For minds that never quite rest. For anyone curious about what blooms when control dissolves and full support takes over.

Step into the water.

You don’t do the work.

The water does.

In that stillness, something extraordinary awakens.

Questions & for scheduling, text or call.

Whispers of the Water...

Chelsea was called to the water long before she ever realized it—a pull as old as her childhood among the tidal coves and secret channels of the San Juan Islands. Today, that call becomes a rare, sumptuous experience in a heated saltwater pool. Here, Watsu® and integrative flows weave through the body like liquid poetry: muscles dissolve, breath deepens, & the spirit drifts weightless between sensation & surrender. Each session is a private current of luxury, fleeting & coveted.

Spaces are whispered about, precious, & few—reserve your place now, step into the water, & let the transformation begin before it slips away!

Waiting Current...

Every session is a private journey: muscles soften, breath deepens, & the body drifts weightless in warm, buoyant currents. These moments are treasured &rare—secure your place on the waiting list.

Immerse yourself in the liquid luxury of transformation.

Where the Body Remembers It's Weightless Grace..

Chelsea’s heated saltwater sessions are more than massage—they are an invitation to remember the body’s natural grace. Watsu® & integrative flows melt tension, open breath, & awaken a luminous sense of ease. Suspended in warm water, muscles soften, joints release, & the mind finds clarity in the quiet current.

Each session restores balance, renews vitality, and leaves the body weightless, the spirit buoyant—a rare journey into wellness you cannot replicate on land.

Let Go of your worries, relax into the flow of the universe.

This isn’t a session. It’s a surrender.

For one full hour, your body is held, turned, stretched, spiraled — weightless and untamed. A gifted portion of Watsu® weaves with intuitive, integrative touch. You float. You soften. You unravel. There’s no effort here. No holding. No bracing.

Just warm water cradling your bones. Skilled hands guiding you through slow arcs & liquid spirals. Your spine unwinding. Your breath deepening. Your nervous system remembering safety.

It feels primal. Instinctive. Alive. Like something ancient in you finally gets to exhale.

This is a mind-body-soul reset — not polished, not clinical — but real. Three-dimensional, intentional touch meeting water’s wild intelligence.

You rise from the pool lighter. Looser. Quieter. Bright-eyed.

Alive in your body in a way you forgot was possible.

90 minute water session- $135

Enter warm water and leave gravity behind.

In this private, heated salt-and-chlorine pool, your body is received by buoyancy and guided through a slow, living choreography of movement and touch. Ninety minutes allows the work to unfold without hurry — not as a treatment to be finished, but as an experience to be entered.

Inspired by Watsu ® this session weaves fluid aquatic movement with intuitive, integrative bodywork. Supported at the head, spine, and limbs, you are gently cradled and guided through arcs, spirals, and floating stretches as the water carries your weight and softens the edges of effort.

As the body begins to trust the water, something deeper happens. Muscles release their quiet gripping. Joints open. The spine lengthens and rotates with a freedom rarely felt on land. Breath deepens naturally as the nervous system settles into the slow intelligence of warm water.

With ninety minutes, the experience deepens beyond simple relaxation. There is time to listen to the body’s rhythms — to follow subtle invitations for movement or stillness. Long, flowing sequences may give way to moments of pause where attentive hands support areas asking for care. Gentle traction, spiraling stretches, and sustained holds allow tension patterns to unwind gradually rather than being pushed aside.

Water amplifies every sensation. Each movement becomes more spacious. Each release more complete. The work becomes less about “doing” and more about allowing the body to remember how it organizes itself when gravity loosens and safety returns.

The result is a kind of quiet rebalancing. The spine decompresses. Fascia softens. Breath expands. The nervous system settles into a deep, restorative calm.

Many people emerge from the water feeling subtly transformed — longer through the body, lighter in the joints, and profoundly at ease. The mind grows quiet. The body feels fluid and awake.

Not just relaxed, but restored.
Not just floating, but deeply held by the living intelligence of water. 🌊✨

Let time dissolve.

✨ 2 full hours. No rush. No edges.

This extended water immersion is for those who don’t want a quick reset — but a full unraveling.

Your body is slowly welcomed into warmth. Supported. Rocked. Lengthened. Spiraled. Given time to trust. A deeper weaving of gifted Watsu® meets integrative, intuitive touch as the water becomes both guide & ground.

The first hour softens the surface. The second goes further.

Fascia unwinds. Breath drops lower. Guarded places begin to open.

There is space here for your spine to decompress fully. For hips & shoulders to release layer by layer. For your nervous system to shift from vigilance into restoration.

In 2 hours, the body stops bracing. The mind stops managing. The deeper exhale arrives.

This is not indulgence. It is immersion.

Warm salt-&- lightly chlorine water near body temperature quiets the sympathetic response while skilled, steady hands guide you through slow arcs, supported stretches, & suspended stillness.

You may drift. You may feel waves of release. You may forget where your body ends & the water begins.

And when you rise — it’s different than after an hour.

Heavier things have dropped. Space has opened. Something reorganized.

You leave grounded yet fluid. Clear yet deeply rested. Alive in a way that lingers for days.

For those who know that healing takes time — this is your session.✨

Breathe in, Breathe out, let go of what no longer serves you

  • Pool Entrance: There is a ladder you must be able to climb in order to enter pool with weight limit 275 lbs. (If this is a barrier to a water session, please let Chelsea know & she will do some research in efforts to see if there are other options in the area to provide services. )

  •  Eyes: Chelsea invites you to close your eyes (if you like) during your session. If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, please let her know, so she can slow movements to adapt to your needs. You may need to leave eyes open. If you have a history of dizziness or sea sickness please provide this information prior to scheduling to prevent adverse effects.

  • Showering: Before entering the saltwater pool, please take a moment to rinse off any lotions, oils, or other products (shower present in pool space)—this helps keep the water clean, sacred, & safe for everyone to enjoy. Even if you have showered at home prior to coming to session, owner asks that everyone shower prior to pool entrance. Whenever bathroom utilized, please rinse off before re-entering pool.

  • Pool: the pool is a beautiful, sacred, round salt water + Chlorine pool that the owner nurtures. It is above ground with delicate metal sides. For your safety, please:

  • Swimsuit, Towel, comfortable, ease on and off clothes & shoes, hair tie if you like (although Chelsea does her best to work around free flowing hair in water if that is what you prefer), & it is best if you have a swimsuit that does not have a tie at the back of the neck (if at all possible).

Optional Items: water bottle, ear plugs, robe

In warm water, your body floats like a rabbit finally safe enough to roll on to its back in the clover. The gentle rocking, spirals, the stretches - it's like being carried through a moonlit meadow without having to move your own paws. Make no mistake - even though you aren't "doing anything," your nervous system has been sprinting & settling all at once. Muscles release. Guarding decreases. Breath deepens.
